Seller Terms

You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement and authorised to advertise the vehicle or property. Trade sellers must identify themselves accurately and comply with the additional laws that apply to business sales.

You must provide accurate, current and non-misleading information about the item, its condition, ownership, price and location. You must disclose material defects or restrictions that a reasonable buyer would need to know.

Photographs and descriptions must relate to the advertised item and must not infringe another person's rights. You remain responsible for your listing and communications with buyers.

You must not advertise stolen, unsafe, unlawful, fraudulent or unavailable items; impersonate another person; manipulate enquiries; request deceptive payments; or upload malicious, discriminatory or unlawful content.

We may review, refuse, pause or remove a listing and may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate reports, enforce these terms, protect users or comply with law. Moderation does not transfer responsibility for a listing to BuyACaravan.

Buyer contact details are provided only so you can respond to the relevant enquiry. You must protect those details, use them only for the enquiry and transaction, and must not add buyers to unrelated marketing lists without a valid legal basis.

You are responsible for viewings, checks, payment arrangements, receipts, handover and any consumer rights or guarantees that apply to your sale.

The current pre-launch seller gate does not establish public paid-service rights. Private listing fees, dealer subscriptions, cancellation information, publication timing and any VAT presentation will be shown and agreed before a paid order is accepted.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, resize and display it only as reasonably needed to operate, promote and secure your listing and the marketplace. This licence ends when the content is removed, subject to reasonable backups and legal retention.
