BuyACaravan provides an online marketplace where independent buyers and sellers can advertise, discover and enquire about caravans, campervans, static homes and related vehicles or property.

Unless we expressly say otherwise, BuyACaravan is not the seller, buyer, dealer, finance provider, delivery provider or party to a transaction arranged through a listing.

You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious material, scrape it abusively or use it to deceive or harm another person.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

Listings are supplied by their sellers. We may apply checks or moderation, but we do not guarantee that every listing, seller statement, photograph, price or vehicle is accurate, complete or available.

Buyers should inspect the vehicle, verify ownership and documentation, conduct appropriate checks and use a safe payment method before committing money.

We aim to keep the marketplace available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for transactions between users or losses caused by relying on seller-supplied information without carrying out appropriate checks.

We may restrict accounts, remove content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse or enforce these terms.

We may update these terms and will publish the revised date. Material changes affecting paid services will be presented before they apply.

Sellers must also follow the Seller Terms. Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer rights and any right to use another UK court are not affected.
